RESTORING THE "KEYS" TO PROPER BIBLICAL INTERPRETATION OF "THE CHRIST" #3

We left off the earlier article in this series speaking of how Divinity had been lodged in the holy of holies of the temple of  each human body. Emanuel (God with us) "literally" had come to dwell with mankind. This we saw was called by the Ancient Spiritual Masters the Law of Incubation.

The second Law that Plato teaches us about and which was taught by the Ancient Egyptians is the Law of Dismemberment. When one sees how extensively this Law of Dismemberment was featured in the Book of the Dead and other books of wisdom, it becomes next to incomprehensible how it fell into total desuetude in the Christian system. For it is the key to the divinity of man and the humanity of the god. It is the basic principle beneath our understanding of all Christology. It gives us the entire rationale of the incarnation.

Briefly the Law of Dismemberment is thus set forth: as a principle of Ancient's religious systems, beginning with Egypt and finding its high water mark in Plato's philosophy, we come to understand this Ancient Wisdom as the division or partition of unit divine nature or essence into multiple fragments, the breaking up of the Oneness of God into many portions or gods. As the principle back of the incarnation, it is the breaking of the unified life of the god on his own high plane into fragments for the sake of taking lodgment in multiple bodies. Plato informs us that as the one life flows forth or descends into manifestation, the farther it proceeds from its source in homogeneity, the weaker is its power and the more numerous is its fragmentation. At each step of the descent it must suffer a reduction of its total force, which can only be effected by "partition" into fragments. The Great Light breaks up into lesser lights, the Great Fire into lesser sparks. A perfect analogy is seen in the letting fall of any large compact body of water or other liquid from a high place; it is thrown into infinite small particles by the opposition of the air and other causes. Deity breaks up into fragments as it descends, and according to the New Testament miracle there were twelve groups of these "fragments."

Answer for yourself: How could the total power and enormous energy of the god be embodied in the brain and nervous system of a single human body? It would "blow out the fuse" of any man to be suddenly subjected to the full dynamic power of such an energy as that represented by a god. One does not feed a child a whole loaf of bread, but gives it only fragments. So we, as mankind, are fed on the broken bread of life.

Answer for yourself: How again could the divine nature and power be made universally accessible to all men, or distributed amongst them, without dividing itself into fragments, so that a portion might be given to each individual? It is supremely simple; yet this simple principle underlying all theology has been lost out of Christian doctrines. And the world has been rent with bitter warfare, and much of the most sordid inhumanity to man ever known has been perpetrated, because this basic understanding was lost out of theology. The full power of divinity is too high for us to sustain; it would wreck our organism. So we receive each one a reduced portion--all we can contain.

Answer for yourself: Are you aware that there various accounts from the ancient religious world of the god being dismembered.

Answer for yourself: When did this story begin? Well, like all religions, it genesis and origin began with Egypt who understood this Divine Spiritual Concept first of all nations. The myths of the ancient gods in many cases convey this deep meaning in the form of the (symbolic) cutting of the body of the god in pieces, which are scattered over the earth, later to be reassembled by the Son, who restores the deity whole. Even with these fables of Osiris, Dionysus, Tammuz, Mithra and many others hinting at the plain truth, Christian blindness has gone on perverting the basic meaning of the Eucharist.

The principle explains for the first time also the significance of the phrase, the Lord of Hosts. As each Lord divides into a host of fragments, it is a simple matter to see him in his divided totality as a Lord of a Host. Plato indeed says, "Each superior god becomes the leader of a multitude, engendered from himself," his split fragments.

Osiris is the prototype for all later sungods and all later "Jesus Stories". In the myth of Osiris we find that he was cut up into fourteen pieces by Typhon or Set (the destructive force), to allow for his entry into matter. Isis, the great mother, gives birth to Horus, son of Osiris and the god risen into our earthly human life. Isis, the great Mother, found she was pregnant with Horus on August 23, the day the sun enters the zodiac sign of Virgo. How apt to designate the "conception" of the Divine Soul in matter with this symbolism. Virgo, an earth sign, is represented as a young woman holding an ear of wheat. In Egypt Virgo was called the "house of bread" (Beth-lehem in Hebrew). The god, symbolized by bread, is "food" for mortals. In like manner, and in a parallel myth, we find the same Divine teaching that Dionysus, a sungod symbolic for the Creator, was torn apart then made whole by Demeter. When seen in this light, the meaning of the crucifixion is obvious. The crucifixion and death of the god, as told in the myths of the sungods, was not an historical event, but a retelling of the age old story of the mystical death of the Divine Uncreated Intelligent Energy of the Cosmos (God) to allow Him to enter the human physical plane of existence.

Answer for yourself: Are you aware that the crucifix (a man on the cross) only came into being with Pope Gregory late in the 6th century? For their first 500 hundred years Christians used the simple cross (without {short description of image}any figure on it) as their major symbol. The cross is an ancient understood by the earliest followers of the Christ (Gnostics) to be a simple symbol depicting the union of spirit and matter (the{short description of image} intersection of two planes of existence...Spirit/Matter) and we find it again beginning in Egypt with the cross of Egypt called the ankh. The circle symbolizes Eternal Life and the cross below it represents the material plane (the intersection of Divine Energy and Matter). The Ankh is called the "Crux Ansata," it is of Egyptian origin and can be traced to the Early Dynastic Period, appearing frequently in artwork of various material and in relief, depicting the Gods.

It was common among the Ancients for bread to be used as symbol of the god's body and Divine powers to be transferred to humans. The bread has to be broken and then multiplied in order to reach all humans: Most Christians are not aware that in the heart of its own chief rite of formalism (the Eucharist in Catholicism and Communion in Protestantism) this great doctrine lives in unsuspected wholeness. St. Paul makes a specific announcement of it in I Corinthians 11:23-24:

1 Cor 11:23-24 23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. (KJV)

Answer for yourself: What lies behind such a story?

Here we find hidden in this simple story the fragmentation of the god announced at the very heart of the Christian Eucharist! The body of the god, in the form of His "Christ" (Messiah) is broken for all mankind and has come to tabernacle in the flesh of mankind. If the Christian Church had all along known what "the broken body of our Lord" meant in terms of Platonic philosophy, the whole course of western history would have been altered mightily. Instead it quarreled over the Greek word rendered "broken" in futile negation of its true meaning, and missed the true gleam of the light of the world.

Col1:27 27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you (God in you), the hope of glory: (KJV)

The main symbol in all Christian ritual is the breaking of a piece of bread into fragments and distributing them out among the communicants! The Eucharistic symbolism of eating the Lord's body has likewise been missed.

Answer for yourself: What can it mean beyond partaking spiritually of his spiritual nature? "God is a spirit" and can be assimilated only spiritually. To convey this idea to dull mortal comprehension the ancient sages devised the outward rite, actually eating symbolic bread and drinking symbolic wine, and Christian literalists have argued (and fought) for centuries over the question whether the actual life of deity was or was not in the elements themselves!

Answer for yourself: In the light of such situations as this, and it can be duplicated in scores of other doctrines, how can any one fail to see the world's need of the Ancient Wisdom, and the restoration of the luminous Platonic Theosophy?

The writer of the Gospel of John has told us in ringing passages about "that bread which came down from heaven, whereof if a man eat he shall hunger no more." "For he who eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life."

It is impossible to realize except by long study and reflection to what extent the literalization of the Bible and the Gospel narrative has deprived the human mind of the intellectual nourishment on which it was expected to feed. None but one who has examined these ancient allegories and seen point by point how they have been turned into fruitless and meaningless miracles and earthly incidents, can appreciate the enormity of the miscarriage of ancient truth in its symbolic transmission to modern "intelligence." It is, when fully seen, the most monstrous marvel of ignorance and superstition perhaps in human history. The ancients used outward nature and human actions to type spiritual truth. We have converted their spiritual allegories into the merest outward shell of truth, because Christianity became predominantly a movement among the ignorant.

Thus we see in this simple ritual the rehearsal of the Divine Truth that God has projected a ray of His own life into humans. In man the Divine seed is the Christos. Egypt called it the "Karast" but names may change but the Divine Concept is what is of importance. The cosmic God is hardly an object of worship by humanity; but that segmented portion of infinite Being that is tabernacled within the flesh of mortals that is the actual divinity assigned to receive the attention and homage of mankind. The closest we come to finding God is when we look within and listen to that still small voice within and come to be merge our Spirit and Flesh into oneness.

In Plato's Timeaus and other ancient documents twelve junior gods, who were sparks of the eternal Flame of cosmic mind, came to earth to lift up humans from their animal nature to realize their Divine Souls within. Our earthly task, according to Paul, is to link together the two natures in "one new man", bringing to an end in a final "reconciliation" "the battle of Armageddon", the unending warfare between the carnal mind of the animal and the spiritual mind of the god. St. Paul said:

1 Cor 6:19 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (KJV)

Religion is far more than a attitude of mystical feeling; it was in origin a series of codes, principles, fundamentals, essentials, and practices given by the those of deep Spiritual sensitivity to early mankind to awaken the lethargic genius of our actual divinity slumbering within. Later these actions were "ritualized" and immortalized for all time in various Law codes seen in the history of Egypt and Israel and other nations like Babylon. These Laws of God, when obeyed, like the Torah and the 42 Negative Confessions in Egypt, provide man with the vehicle and essential knowledge that enables him to press forward in his evolutionary development from the animal nature to the Divine nature. Ignorance, illiteracy, wars, selfishness, hatred, folly, and antisemitism by the Christian Church down through its history almost banished this knowledge from all humans. Our present business is to struggle to regain that lost knowledge and actuate it in our lives.

The concept of the god within is well stated in The Litany of the Sun, inscribed on the Tombs of the Kings of ancient Thebes:

"The Kingly Osiris [the Christ] is an intelligent Essence. His Limbs conduct Him; His 'Fleshes' open the way for Him. Those who are born from him create Him. They rest when they cause the Kingly Osiris to be born. It is He who causes them to be born. It is he who engenders them. It is he who causes them to exist. His Birth is the Birth of Ra in Amenti [this world]. He causes the Kingly Osiris to be born; He causes the birth of Himself" (G.R.S. Mead, The Gnostic Crucifixion, London, 1907, p. 61).

It must be understood that no human being is God and no human can ever be God. Using the Sun as an analogy, we can see that there is a tiny bit of Sun energy in plants and living creatures. No one in their right mind would claim that they were the Sun because they had this tiny Sun spark within. Likewise, there is a tiny bit of God's energy in humans, but woe to anyone who thinks that he is God.

If you have done any study into Gnosticism or even the authentic Paul then we find the subject of which they most often speak, these "spiritualists" and their ancient scriptures, is of the Soul, this "God's energy", being trapped in the prison of the body.

Rom 7:24 24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? (KJV)

But the way out of this "body of death" is not to disdain the body and seek a life of pure spirit through mistaken asceticism. We can not escape our obligation to the animal who is lending us his body for our Soul's own advancement. Our task is to sanctify our bodies and all actions taken by us and this is accomplished by living according to our Covenants and Commandments contained within them. We, as "living gods" and Souls, and fragments of God's energies, came to transform these brute bodies and the environments in which we live. That is why the teachings in Judaism are so precious for they deal with this in detail as they focus on life and "attaining in this life" through proper deeds as opposed to Christianity which is focused on death and "attaining after death" which again is based on what one "does" but what one "believes". You have to have the right doctrine but this seem ludicrous in light of over 2,000 different Christian denominations and differences in their beliefs in Jesus. I have found that one of these world religions is a false "credal" faith while the other, Judaism, the legacy of Egypt, is the proper expression of mankind's faith since based upon deeds which mould the Soul. One religion has it right, Judaism, and one has it wrong, Christianity, as I have been saying for years. I take joy living as a "godfearer" in the tents of Shem practicing a Jewish faith for the non-Jew.

Now get ready for a startling revelation. According to Plato and the ancients, hades, whom most connect in Christianity with a "burning and punishing hell", was not a place of punishment for departed human Souls as it is taught today. Again the meaning of so much Ancient spiritual knowledge has been changed by the Christian theologians down through history to instill fear into people since knowing that fear is a great motivator and Rome certainly built its strength and Empire on such fears. "Hades", as taught by the Ancients, is this earth, which is the realm of death of the Divine Soul (trapped in matter). The gods, these neteru, these Forces and Powers of God, came to descend into matter, symbolically dying so that we mortals might live. "Death" is nothing more than the transition of energy from one state to another. Life never ceases to exist. A Soul never ceases to exist just as energy never vanishes. It continues. It spreads. It has consequences and similar ripples effects just as that person’s choices and energy had during their life on this world. When humans have this right  understanding of "who are they, where they have come from, and to where they go when they die, then they can birth the god, the Christ, asleep within them and thus uplift their earthly existence. If they fail then they remain "dead" men and women walking!

Eph 5:14 14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. (KJV)

These to whom Paul spoke were alive but yet "dead" to the truth of who they really are. Notice if you will that Paul says that when we awaken to our true Spiritual identity then the "awakened Christ within" becomes our teacher. Thus the emphasis on "knowledge" and "knowing" in ancient Christian Gnosticism. We must know whom we really are and the real message of God to us along with our moral and spiritual responsibilities while here.

The Ancients taught for thousands of years that as long as people are ignorant of their Divine purpose, the gods are dead and lie asleep within each of mankind, and this earth has become hades or the underworld to the gods. When we awaken to the Divine Soul within, we bring it to life, and in the words of St. Paul "Death is swallowed up in victory." Hell as a place of punishment in an after-life is simply a teaching of repression, widely used by the Church down through history in its "reinterpretation" of Ancient Wisdom. A just God does not deal out eternal punishment. The worst "punishments" we face are in this life. If we do not nurture the Divine Soul here and now, we punish ourselves by not achieving our true potential. A proper understanding of the Ancient Wisdom gives not only a correct understanding of hades and hell but also a{short description of image} correct understanding of Judgement. Judgement occurs here and now on this earthly plane of existence. Moral responsibility resides solely in the kingdom of man who is poised on the highest plane of existence between Spirit and matter. Man is the only creature in evolution so placed on actual division and plane between Spirit and matter. We are almost home. Thus so man is weighed on the scales of the balance, to see if his heart is so spiritualized as to be light as a feather! This again bring to mind how Egypt taught this concept for thousands of years. They called it the "weighing of the heart against truth".

One only has to study the Ancient Religion of Egypt to see the emphasis on the weighing of man's heart again the truth symbolized by a feather. The view that there is a once only Day of Judgement, to occur at an unknown time, abrogates human responsibility. It can cause unjustified fear, or a "drink and be merry tomorrow we die" approach to life. The symbolism of the Ancient Scriptures shows that man is the author of his destiny and is judged by his own actions daily. The ball is squarely in the court of man, and he must take responsibility for his actions each day of his life. Man sows and reaps in this life, either learning the Spiritual lessons intended for the further evolution of his Soul or not.

So we have seen the Divine Soul "fall from Heaven" into matter. The Divine Soul "falls" to earth and incarnates in human beings. Now hold on to your hat for this will be hard for most of you to listen to let alone grasp but it just goes to show you how much has changed and been "reinterpreted" by Roman Christianity and how much of the earliest Divine and Spiritual Truths invested in mankind had been altered and adulterated beyond recognition today. I wish to speak of this "falling" of the Light or Soul of God into matter using different and startling metaphors as was used by the Ancients. The word I wish to focus upon is Lucifer, the light bringer, which the Bible describes as "coming to earth."

Answer for yourself: How did he come to Earth?

We have already seen the Divine Soul becomes trapped in the animal body and originally this "falling of the Divine Soul into physical matter" , and this God, as Divine Light and Energy falling and integrating into matter, was called Lucifer. That's right, God was called Lucifer before Christianity will later reinterpret the term "Lucifer" in this voracious anti-Gnosticism.

Answer for yourself: Can you grasp what I just said? Originally God and His Christ was called "Lucifer" before Rome reinterprets it and turns this Divine Religious Concept into Satan!

This is 180 degrees opposite from its original meaning held by the Ancients for thousands of years. This only goes to show you the degree of degradation of Divine Truth at the hands of antisemitic Rome during the early centuries of its existence and separation from its mother faith....Biblical Judaism. Let me explain more.

"Lucifer" is the Latin term originally used by the Romans to refer to the planet Venus when that planet was west of the sun and hence rose before the sun in the morning, thereby being the morning star. The same planet was called Hesperus, Cesperugo, Vesper, Noctifer, or Nocturnus, when it appeared in the heavens after sunset. Although 19th and 20th century occultists would equate other goddesses such as Astarte, Ashtoreth, Lilith, Isis, Cemeramis, Mari, and Ishtar with Venus, links between the cultures and attributes represented are not historically clear. Lucifer as a personification is called a son of Astraeus and Aurora or Eos, of Cephalus and Aurora, or of Atlas. He is called the father of Ceyx, Daedalion, and of the Hesperides. Lucifer is also a surname of several goddesses of light, such as Artemis, Aurora, and Hecate (Sir William Smith, Smaller Classical Dictionary).

The word appears to have entered the Christian religious lexicon when the Hebrew expression in Isaiah 14:12, "HeYLeL BeN-ShaCHaR" (meaning "bright son of the morning/dawn," "bright [and] morning star," "glowing morning star," or "shining one, son of the dawn") was translated to "Phosphorus" (the Greek word for Venus as the morning star) in the Septuagint, and then translated into "Lucifer" in the Vulgate (from the Greek Septuagint) (see E. Theodore Mullen, Jr., The Assembly of the Gods: The Divine Council in Canaanite and Early Hebrew Literature, Harvard Semitic Monograph Series No. 24, Scholar's Press: 1980). Isaiah 14, taken as a whole, is a parable, or prophecy of denunciation against the Kings of Babylon (people), specifically Tiglath-pileser III (a man). In verse 12, the prophet characterizes the arrogance of Tiglath-pileser III as if the king had thought himself fit to appear in the sky as the morning star, but has fallen to earth, being brought low by the vengeance of the Lord against those who would exalt themselves and persecute the Lord's people (i.e., the Israelites). We are not speaking about Satan here and only because we fail to understand and interpret our Bibles allegorically when necessary we fall prey to the most unsound interpretations and obtuse doctrines imaginable.

Origenes Adamantius (185 C.E. - 254 C.E.), an important Christian scholar of the early Greek Church, and Augustine of Canterbury (d. May 26 604/605 C.E.), founder of the Christian Church in southern England, were some of the earliest Christians to both interpret and use of the term Lucifer as a reference to the Devil. The name Lucifer was applied to Satan by St. Jerome and later to the demon of sinful pride by Milton in Paradise Lost. Neither can we complete such a summary without mentioning Origen and his influence in connecting Lucifer and Satan. To see how this adulteration of the Scriptural texts was accomplished in our Christian Bibles you only need to click the link.

The word "satan" is from a Hebrew word, "sathane", meaning adversary or calumniator; in original Jewish usage (see the book of Job), the satan is the adversary, not of God, but of mankind!; i.e., the angel charged by God with the task of proving that mankind is an unworthy creation (Owen C. Whitehouse, A Dictionary of the Bible Vol IV. ed. James Hastings. New York. Charles Scribner's Sons: 1908. pp. 407-12). Note though, that Balaam's satan (Numbers 22:23-33) protects him from harm. This seems strange from one who we have been taught to have come only to "kill, steal, and destroy". Something is amiss here.

Later, as Judaism absorbed such ideas as Zoroastrian dualism and concepts about angels during the Exile, and then as Christianity echoed various concepts from earlier religions, the concept of an evil power ruling an underground domain of punishment for the wicked became fixed in Christian doctrine. In such a doctrine, elements of the Graeco-Roman god Pluto/ Vulcan/ Hephaestus, the Underworld, and various aspects of Nordic/Teutonic mythology may be traced.

The Latin name of Phosphorus, Venus as the morning star, is the light bringer which heralds the dawn. The name is sometimes applied to the planet as the evening star as well, although Hesperus is properly its name then. By a curious chain of reference, the passage in Luke 10:18 was thought to refer to Isaiah 14:12, in which the star is used metaphorically for the monarch of Babylon. Thus Lucifer became the chief of the fallen angels, the name carried by Satan before his rebellion (Funk & Wagnall Standard Dictionary of Folklore, Mythology & Legend).

"From a supposed reference to this passage in our Lord's words. 'I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven' (Lk 10:18), in connection with Rev 9:1-11 (the language of 9:1 being in part probably derived from this passage), Lucifer came in the Middle Ages to be a common appellation of Satan. The star of Rev 9:1-11 is a fallen angel who has given to him the key of the abyss, from which he sets loose upon the earth horribly formed locusts with scorpions' tails, who have, however, power to hurt only such men as have not the seal of God on their foreheads. But this angel is not actually identified with Satan by the writer of the Apocalypse. The imagery in it was no doubt suggested by a meteor, and possibly it was so in Revelation also" (F.H. Woods, loco citato). While some authors referred to Lucifer as Satan's name before his expulsion from Heaven, others referred to Lucifer and Satan as two distinct entities. Both as a literary convention and as Christian teachings or belief, historically there would appear to be little consensus. Regardless, it should be clear that an author may use the terms Lucifer or luciferian and not be referring to Satan. Now back to our study but don't forget that originally "Lucifer" was not understood as "evil" but referred to God and His Christ as he descended into matter and human beings. Possibly not greater loss of truth can be found than this.

The Ancients teach us that the Divine Soul needs the animal nature in order to progress. It needs an opponent to wrestle with so that it can develop its powers. A law of the Cosmos and Physics states that resistance builds strength and the Soul has come to finish its evolution and maturation. William Blake wrote: "Without Contraries is no progression" (Marriage of Heaven and Hell). Christianity does not understand this dynamic process, and thereby makes it virtually impossible for the Divine Soul to achieve its evolutionary task.

So as you are seeing Christianity has "reinterpreted" and "changed the meanings" of many "religious doctrines" as they first existed and were handed down to successive generations since the beginning of time. No doctrine can have a greater impact when changed that that of "the Christ" which we sadly find to be altered almost beyond recognition today due to the efforts of Rome to cover up the Ancient Wisdom. Now hold onto you hats one more time for I wish to mention in summary fashion what this website will explore and prove beyond any doubt.

As a Christian we were taught that God was supposed to have appeared as a man 2,000 years ago, yet no one bothered to write a thing about it at the time! Paul (64-68 A.D.) makes no mention of an historical Jesus, and if anyone was to do so you expect it to be Paul. As Christianity was the religion for the Age of Pisces, it is not surprising that its origins are surrounded in mystery. The Ancients taught that Neptune, the  ruler of Pisces,  throws its mystifying veil over things. This is exactly what is done with Jesus Christ. A historical saviour is for the uninitiated masses, while the initiates know that the Christ is within. Christianity sowed confusion and distorted the Ancient truth of "the Christ" by losing the distinction between inner and outer teachings.

There is no problem in proving the existence of various people from ancient times, such as Plato, Aristotle, Julius Caesar, and so on but there sure is when it comes to Jesus, the supposed Jewish Messiah of Christianity and the only one who is "God in the flesh". Because there is so much controversy over an historical Jesus all "believers" are entitled to approach the question of Jesus with a healthy skepticism. Ironically history documents that the further away we get from the alleged Jesus, the greater is claimed to be the knowledge of him. This is impossible unless it is being "made up". This "increased knowledge of Jesus" as the centuries roll on is the reverse in cases of historical people. Real people are best known during their own lives, and as time passes memories fade and facts get distorted. In the first century Jesus was an airy and ethereal figure, yet centuries later people could describe his appearance, moods and motives in meticulous detail! In fact on television the other night they had a "CSI" reconstruction of what the childhood face of Jesus looked like. There is no end to this deception. One is entitled to probe the alleged historical reality, that is if you want the truth.

Christian scriptures were based on the ancient wisdom, then the Christians destroyed the original manuscripts to hide the true origins of their creed. Gerald Massey in Ancient Egypt the Light of the World has shown that the story of Jesus is a retelling of the story of Horus, the prototype saviour god. This prototype had different names throughout the ancient world. The name Jesus can be traced  to the Egyptian Iusa, which means God the son, the prince, the heir. There are some twenty or more figures bearing the name Jesus (Joshua, Jesse, Hosea, Isaiah, Isaac, Esau, Josiah, Joash, Jehoaz, Job, Jonah, Joel and others) {short description of image}in the Old Testament and outside of it (Alvin Kuhn, Who Is The King of Glory, Academy Press, 1944, p. 544). Pictures of Jesus as a young bearded man clearly originate from Serapis, a Graeco-Egyptian saviour god. Blavatsky has shown that  Chrestian was the name given to initiates in ancient Greece, long before the advent of the religion called Christianity. The facts keep building and building that Rome has given the world a counterfeit religion and a historical Jesus when none can be found back then or today with the aid of modern scholarship.

It is claimed that an historical Jesus is an example to uplift humankind. I wish it were true but we cannot build prisons fast enough in this Christian nation which are overfilled with "born again Christians". If this were so it has not worked very well, as attested by various Christian horrors over the centuries and the abominations of the Church in the Dark Ages.

Answer for yourself: If there was one reason why the forging of a historical Jesus is wrong besides his worship which is idolatry as defined by the Hebrew Torah then what is it?

The Divine element residing within every child of God has been taken away along with its emphasis and nurture and placed historically in only one figure...that of an assumed historical person which never lived as depicted in the Christian Bible

It is no wonder that Christians wiped out the ancient knowledge. It was a shining pearl of wisdom compared to their blatant counterfeits. The power of the god within is a truly liberating concept. It means that humans are masters of their destiny and cannot be belittled if the truth is known. We have to realize our Divine nature. We have to give birth to a god presence in our lives. This is a truly noble and uplifting task. Political Christianity was hell-bent on placing people in religious bondage, therefore they did their utmost to destroy the ancient truth and Ancient Wisdom teachings. Christianity introduced the concept of sin to disempower the general population, and the Church monopolized all religious power. Thanks to archeology today as well as modern scholarship we can now understand the awesome truth of the ancient wisdom and expose the deceits of repressive Christianity. It is now the time to let the true light shine, and dispel eighteen centuries of superstition and murky gloom.

I have found repeatedly in my studies over these many years that in the 3rd century the "train jumped the track" and truth was submerged under deceit and lies as Gentile Roman Christianity discarded it roots. People didn't rush to Christianity in droves as they tell you in Sunday school. If you study history you find that Rome, through the sword, blood and terror, almost eradicated this Ancient Wisdom from this planet. Thank God for archeologist which have dug it up for the last two hundred years. Over the history of the Christian Church and their repressive religion millions have been slaughtered who would not accept "Orthodoxy" and the rest were "converted" out of fear to save their lives. I have read scholars that say the Holocaust and the loss of 6 million lives is "small potatoes" to the estimated slaughter of 18 million people by Orthodox Christianity down through the Dark Ages; people who refused to accept a "false Christ". One example will have to server for lack of space. Treatment of the Gnostic Cathars was atrocious. Secular rulers used torture to maim the heretics, and anyone who refused to do this was themselves punished. The Fourth Lateran Council, which authorized the state to punish religious dissenters, also authorized the state to confiscate all of land and property of the Cathars, resulting in a very nice incentive for state officials to do the church's bidding. Finally, Innocent III launched a Crusade against the Cathar heretics, turning the suppression into a full military campaign. As if that was not enough thousands of temples and sacred groves were destroyed and Ancient worship was outlawed, often on pain of death. The world's libraries and their sacred volumes went up in flames as the Roman presence made itself known along with the spread of their false "Christ". In 529 Emperor Justinian closed down the last school of philosophy. The Church of Rome ruled for over a thousand years and repressed the truth of "the Christ" as they do today. It was the Church which instigated the Dark Ages. We still have the legacy with us today in a totally distorted view of life. The inhumanity and brutality of the "Christian" Churches over the last 1800 years has been well documented: the inquisitions of torture and killing, the "witch" burnings, sexism and sex repression, destruction of indigenous people and their cultures, and support of harsh ruling elites. Also the suppression of knowledge and the promotion of superstition. And all of this to cover up that Rome had come to power through teaching a "false historical Christ".

There is still much discussion over the origins of Christianity. Little wonder, as some of the early fathers made things as cloudy as possible in order to hide the origins of their doctrines. Modern scholarship today shows how Christianity began as a restatement of the ancient wisdom, then over the next 3-4 centuries the Ancient Wisdom teachings were terribly distorted. We are without excuse today for not knowing the truth behind our Christianity. Let me give you just a few truths of history that few Christians will ever know. The official four gospels were written by many hands, and the first time they were quoted was c.185 A.D. by Irenaeus. That really got my attention in Seminary when the tradition is that they were written early but no Christian quoted from them or mentioned them by name for almost 200 years. Justin Martyr  in 145-149 names no names nor gospels. Many works of Origen, an early Christian, were destroyed and later he was anathematized (i.e. cursed and excommunicated) in order to destroy the allegorical interpretation of the texts which had been the standard method of interpretation of "the Christ" since the beginning of time. In 391 A.D. Christians burnt 700,000 scrolls from the 700 year old library at Alexandria. The Bible was closely guarded by the Church for 1,000 years and often if you were found to possess parts of it your life ended at the end of a Roman sword. Even the Church of Rome today claims to possess sole truth and the sole salvation of mankind when in reality they possess hardly any of it as modern scholarship attests.

The decisive change in the Ancient Wisdom teachings was to banish the concept of the Divine Soul within all, and replace it with an historical figure called Jesus. People were taught to worship this non-existent Jesus instead of nurturing their own Divine Soul. In one fell swoop the Church of Rome took the Divine out of everyday life and this world. It turned a philosophy of liberation into a religion of repression and bondage. Noble and uplifting teachings were turned upside down and thoroughly perverted. Humans were turned into abject sinners who had to grovel for forgiveness and wait for the coming of "the Christ" to fix their lives and their world when the true "Christ lives within" each of them waiting to be summoned to empower them to overcome their animal instincts. Prophecy has come and gone and still no Christ has "returned"; He does not need to for He never left for he resides within each child of God and has since the first Adam. In spite of the efforts of Rome to destroy these Spiritual Truths this true ancient wisdom can still be deciphered in the Bible, using the keys supplied by scholarship today as well as our websites as consistently endeavor to teach the reader how to read the symbolism and interpret these texts correctly. Whatever strengths Christian concepts have, and some do, such as the death and rebirth of the dying-rising god, they are due to its pagan roots. How ironic!

Once the god has incarnated in the human body, it is up to humans, you and me, to realize the Divine presence in us and in our life. The whole course of human evolution as a species on earth is designed to perfect the individualized humans (the Soul within), who are the crown of animal development in this physical realm. This perfection comes through the spiritualization, sanctification, and transformation of the gross animal nature by impacting upon it currents of intellectual and spiritual forces which gradually refine the lower self (gathering knowledge of the true identify of man, sanctifying the animal nature through its transformation by the Torah). When this is accomplished we experience the marriage of Spirit and matter. Egypt knew of this merging of Spirit and flesh, this marriage of the Divine with matter, and it was called the embrace of Horus and Osiris; Greek mythology knew of this "marriage" of Spirit and matter and called it the union of Cupid and Psyche; in Church language it is the marriage of the Bride and the Lamb. It was that melting into one at last in blissful harmony of the mortal and immortal elements that comprise mankind. Of this ultimate union of male and female components, the body-Soul with the spirit-Soul, all marriage and sexual intercourse is only the outward sign and symbol. Anna Kingsford in The Perfect Way writes of the marriage between the Soul and spirit. Once the Soul has become purified, union with the (holy) Spirit produces the Christ within.

Gal 4:19 19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you, (KJV)

A phrase in the Lord's ordination of the Eucharist gives us the text for the final principle of Plato's system that has to do with Christian theology. "Do this in remembrance of me," he said. Here again Christianity's ignorance has blurred a great truth and a great light. For here was an announcement by the Lord himself of Plato's other great doctrine--the doctrine of Reminiscence.

Paul was expressing a grand truth of Platonic wisdom, when he wrote of the light which came to him in this spiritual vision. Religion was designed primarily on no other motivation than as a means of putting into practice this phase of Platonic philosophy. Religion was not originally merely a "system of worship." It had far deeper bases. It was instituted to save the hosts of fragmented gods in mortal bodies from the dire fate of losing their divinity. For they were threatened with total forgetfulness of their real nature. Religion was designed to be a set of psychological exercises which would subtly revive and stimulate the memory of their former celestial state. Horus in Egypt came to awaken the memory of his father Osiris in the grave. From these connotations we are enabled to discern a totally new force of meaning in our word "remember." If the gods on coming to save humanity were "dismembered" or fragmented into individuals, then the resurrection or return to their primal unity in their glorification at the end of the aeon would naturally be a "remembering" of divided parts. We express the same idea in our other word for the same thing, "re-collecting." The brotherhood of humanity consists simply in this reassembling in a common spirit of unity the individualized fragments of the Lords of Hosts.

Eph 4:13 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: (KJV)

Horus is said to have come to reconstitute his dismembered father. Translated from allegory to spiritual meaning this can signify only that the Christ spark in us is to grow and expand until it fuses by its fiery power into the great universal spirit of wisdom and love that is to animate the race.

Eph 5:30 30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. (KJV)

Paul told us we are all members of one body, of which Christ is the head; but habits of literal thought have prevented us from sensing this in an intellectual or spiritual way. Our minds and hearts are to be fused in one great spirit of love and harmony, as we enhance the glory of the god shining within us ever more brightly unto the day of perfection. As we separated in our descent into body, so we merge again into a mighty unity as we ascend back to the father of lights. This is the reconstitution of the dismembered suffering god, broken and fragmented in the matter of our bodies, in order that we lower men might ascend into the kingdom of intellect and spirit. The reconstitution is indeed the remembering our broken divinity, the re-collection of the scattered fragments of the broken body of the Divine Lord. Only by the study of ancient origins in philosophy can we see the grand spiritual sense back of these figures and terms. All symbols had their origin in simple ideas, which, however, were the expressions of the loftiest truths of early wisdom.

This reassembling of the scattered fragments is the basis and genius of human brotherhood. The individuals of the race, being of one identical essence, are kindred in nature. There is no room for racism. But being attached to animal bodies, the god is subject to the separative selfish tendencies of the lower man, until he educates this pupil to the higher motivations of altruism and community of interest with others. As an animal he wars with his fellows, is jealous and self-seeking, under the evolutionary impulse of self-preservation brought up from former experience in the animal grades. But as a god he revives the memory of his kinship with his celestial mates, and in the glow of that warm recognition that his brother is himself, he learns to look upon his fellow-man with that love which is described as the cement of the universe. This is the goal of our existence and the hope and dream of which lies hidden today under 2000 years of "literalization" of Divine Allegory and Divine Ancient Wisdom.

Now if you read these articles then you might think that I am wrong in this interpretation of "the Christ" and since being precondition to think otherwise by prior teachings and possessing a Bible that has led you to other conclusions I can only say that I assure you that I have done my homework well, in fact very well and would ask you to consider the evidence for this presentation of interpretation which I will summarize for you below in pointed statements:

You can never come to the proper understanding of "the Christ" until you have:

Done diligent study into the New Testament, its origin, its changes, and corruptions along with manuscript evidences and forgeries and purposeful mistranslation and misquotation of them

Done diligent study into the true Messianic prophecies of the Jewish Messiah as taken from the Hebrew texts and compared them line upon line and precept upon precept with the forged Messianic prophecies in the Christian's Bible

Done diligent study into the doctrine of the Messiah from a Jewish viewpoint as contained in the Hebrew Scriptures and contrasted with the Roman viewpoint expressed in their New Testament

Done diligent study in the Paul problem, the concept of Gnosticism and the Gnostic writings, the Nag Hammadi Library, and the real Paul and the earliest Gnostic New Testament that existed before the Romans countered with the New Testament we have today

Done diligent study in concerning Egypt, their religion and religious writings and the Egyptian Messiah along with the Hebrew Pharaohs and the death of the Son of God in Egypt as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls

Done diligent study in Astronomy and Astrotheology whereby you see how the "Jesus Story" was taken from the personification and allegorical representation of the path of the Sun through the Heavens and the Zodiac on a yearly basis as interpreted by the Ancient Wisdom teachers on a deeper level as but a picture for expressing the the descent, birth, life, intended maturation and spiritual development of the Soul, and its death and resurrection from this physical plane of existence.

Coming to this truth took years of study which I devoted myself years ago for I, hopefully like you, wanted the truth about Jesus and set out in diligent study to get it. Bet Emet Ministries, the "House of Truth", provides this truth for you on our websites. We ask that no one believe what we teach or say only that you acknowledge that if I wrote it then this information exists outside of your current understanding and being a Pastor I wanted it and felt that you deserve it as well. What you do with this information is between you and God and I hope you, like me, take up the mantel of study "till we all come to the unity of 'the' faith"!
